If you already had scarab skip this step
How to get scarab?
Built Academy I (if you dont have academy I)
Open Cheat Engine
Change Value Type to Array of Byte
Scan 31 30 30 37 00 00 00 00 00 00 00
Replace 31 33 34 37 00 00 00 00 00 00 00
Train Soldier I at Academy I
Visit your friend
Back to base
See Scarab there....

Now you already had SCARAB
Open Cheat Engine
Change Value Type to String
See image belom (click to enlarge)

- see your scarab...
